Permission is hereby granted to
to access the property located at consisting of for the purposes of photographing and recording scenes for the production currently entitled produced by FILMMAKER/PRODUCER for the as part of the , owned and operated by .

FILMMAKER/PRODUCER may occupy and use the property for a period beginning approximately on , and ending approximately on . Such period may be extended for a maximum of , upon making a prior written request to Owner for such extension. For the duration of this period, FILMMAKER/PRODUCER may place its equipment and facilities on the property. Permission includes the right to bring personnel and equipment onto the property and to remove them after completion of work. The permission herein granted shall include the right but not the obligation, to photograph the actual name connected with the property and to use such name in the program.

FILMMAKER/PRODUCER agrees to exercise reasonable care in its use of the property, to protect such property from damage or excessive wear, and to leave the property in the condition in which it was found, except for reasonable wear. Should FILMMAKER/PRODUCER cause any damage or excessive wear during its occupancy of the property, FILMMAKER/PRODUCER agrees to restore such property to the original condition in which it was found, or, at Owner's option, to reimburse Owner for the costs of such restoration.

The Owner hereby gives to FILMMAKER/PRODUCER its assigns, agents, licensees, affiliates, clients, principals, and representatives the absolute right and permission to copyright, use, exhibit, display, print, reproduce, televise, broadcast and distribute, for any lawful purpose, in whole or in part, through any means without limitation, any scenes containing the above described premises, all without inspection or further consent or approval by the undersigned of the finished product or of the use to which it may be applied.

FILMMAKER/PRODUCER hereby agrees to hold the Owner harmless of and free from any and all liability and loss, which FILMMAKER/PRODUCER and/or its agents, may suffer for any reason, except that directly caused by the negligent acts of deliberate misconduct of the Owner of the premises or its agents.

The Owner hereby warrants and represents that it has full right and authority to solely enter into this agreement concerning the above described premises.

FILMMAKER/PRODUCER agrees to carry liability insurance to cover its employees and the operation of its equipment and facilities on the premises and provide a certificate of insurance to Owner at least five (5) business days prior to the on-site production. The certificate of insurance must list the Owner as an additional insured under the liability insurance.

(Optional clause: As full consideration for the rights granted under this agreement, FILMMAKER/PRODUCER agrees to pay to Owner, on a pro rata basis, $ per for use of the property. Such amount shall be paid to Owner in accordance with the following schedule: . No other payments or fees shall be due under this agreement.)
