Florida Everglades cuisine is available at the Swamp Water Café. Our authentic Seminole restaurant is located inside Billie Swamp Safari on the Big Cypress Seminole Indian Reservation. Additionally, our Everglades cuisine features an array of great selections, made from the freshest ingredients. Furthermore, guests enjoy traditional American classics or Native American delicacies. For example, Seminole Indian Fry Bread, Indian Tacos and Bison Burgers are served daily.

Real adventurers can try something new such as catfish, frog legs, and gator tail nuggets. The Swamp Water Café offers one of the most unique dining experiences in all of South Florida and the Everglades.  Check in for a bite between adventures or stop by for this once-in-a-lifetime culinary experience.
